Services Provided: If you have an Oregon Trail card (aka, food stamps), you can get tickets to many arts events for only $5. Check the website below or call Regional Arts and Culture Council (RACC) to find out which music, theater, dance, and film events have Arts for All $5 tickets.

Portland Parks & Recreation: Adaptive & Inclusive Recreation

Services Provided: Offers adaptive programming for individuals with disabilities and free Inclusion Services for people to access general Parks & Recreation activities and facilities with support.

Taoist Tai Chi Society of the USA, Oregon branch

Services Provided: Learn the Taoist Tai Chi form and other internal arts of health in a supportive environment. People with all levels of Tai Chi experience are welcome. People with no experience in Tai Chi are encouraged to come learn this ancient, very beneficial form of meditative movement.

Cost/Funding: Registration fee: $20; Monthly contribution of $40 suggested. Sliding scale offered for those in need.

Comments: These movement arts can be done by anyone. The moves are demonstrated and taught for you to do either standing up or sitting in a chair or wheelchair. There are branches in Oregon City, Washington, the Oregon Coast and classes for Seniors.
