David Kracke, Attorney

Services Provided:  I provide legal representation for individuals who have suffered brain injuries (and other types of injuries) as a result of someone else’s negligence.  Consultations are provided at no cost to the injured person or their family.

Comments:  I have twenty four years of experience representing survivors of traumatic brain injuries and I have a true passion for my work.  When an injured person needs help in obtaining justice, I work to make sure that justice is achieved for the injured person.  I have been active with the tbi survivor community for many years.  I was closely involved with the passage of Max’s Law, and I wrote and helped pass Jenna’s Law. Both laws are designed to reduce the occurrence of traumatic brain injuries among Oregon’s young athletes.
