Services Provided: Offers Supported living and employment connections for individuals with developmental disabilities, Case by case affordable housing solutions for developmental and acquired disabilities. Assistive technologies for anybody.

Services Provided: No cost power chairs, zip code restrictions and Application Required. Prescription from medical provider required.
