Oregon Health Authority Prescription Drug Program
Services Provided: The Oregon Prescription Drug Program (OPDP) transitioned to ArrayRx on January 1st 2022. Please rest assured that the ArrayRx Discount Card Program is still state-sponsored and authorized by the Oregon Health Authority. You can use the ArrayRx Discount Card at over 65,000 pharmacies nationally and over 600 in Oregon to get discounts on all FDA-approved drugs. With the card, you may save up to 80% on generic drugs and up to 20% off brand-name drugs. The discount card is FREE and available to any resident in the state of Oregon. There are no membership fees, age or income limits, drug lists or formularies!

Partnership for Prescription Assistance
Services Provided: PhRMA’s Medicine Assistance Tool (MAT) is a search engine designed to help patients, caregivers and health care providers learn more about the resources available through the various biopharmaceutical industry programs. MAT is not its own patient assistance program, but rather a search engine for many of the patient assistance resources that the biopharmaceutical industry offers.

Providence SmartRxAssist Program
Services Provided: Smart RxAssist is a free program that helps lower the out-of-pocket costs of specialty medications to $0 for eligible members. • In some cases, you may have to pay a small copay but will automatically receive a reimbursement check for the amount you paid within 45 days. • Medications eligible for the program are subject to change and are not a guarantee of coverage. Prescription drug formulary and prior authorization requirements still apply.

Comments: Not all insurance plans are eligible for this program. • Program exclusions include: • Age 65 years or older • Enrollment in a Medicare or Medicaid plan • Enrollment in a Washington-based health plan • Enrollment in a Health Savings Account(HSA) plan • Because this program provides the medication at no cost to you, the cost of the medication does not apply to your annual deductible or copay requirements.
