OHSU Medication Assistance Program
Services Provided: Helps clients obtain medications. The program staff works with the patient, physician and prescription medication manufacturer to provide medication to the client.

Comments: Must be a patient of OHSU. Physician referral preferred. Eligibility requirements vary depending on prescription medication manufacturer.

Partnership for Prescription Assistance
Services Provided: A program that connects qualified, low-income people with free or discount prescription drugs, direct from the pharmaceutical manufacturer, private or state program.
Cost/Funding: Free
Comments: Designed to help low-income, uninsured Oregonians. However, people with insurance may still qualify. Sponsored by GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceutical Company. Assistance also available in Spanish. Give your contact information and your prescription assistance needs to the representative. Someone will call you back to coordinate assistance.

Providence Medication Assitance Program
