Services Provided: Individualized interdisciplinary team approach to rehabilitation including physical, occupational, speech and vestibular therapy, as well as psychology with neuro related experience, and vocational services.

Brain Rehab Network
Services Provided: At Brain Rehab Network, we think differently about helping adults who have a brain injury. Bridge to Independence
Services Provided: Therapeutic, occupational therapy based environment where a TBI/stroke person can find community and healing. Offers goal-directed individual and group activities that engage each participant in physical, cognitive, and social skill building, as well as recreational activities.

Comments: Must be 18 or older. Directed by a Licensed Occupational Therapist who also provides individual assessments and service plans. Wheelchair accessible.
Cognitive Enhancement Center
Services Provided: Offers a specialized, structured, comprehensive long-term therapeutic day treatment program designed to serve the evolving holistic needs of individuals living with acquired and traumatic brain injury.
Program Type: Day/outpatient
Cost/Funding: Different participation and payment options available, including private pay, eligible veterans, On the Move in Oregon- MFP Program. Please call for more information.
Comments: Participation options include 2,3 or 4 days/week. Programs can be developed for children under the age of 18. Wheelchair accessible.

Services Provided: Private practitioner, speech-language pathology, cognitive-communication therapy/rehabilitation
Cost/Funding: Currently private pay with sliding scale. Superbill provided for out-of-network benefits. FSA/HSA and credit cards accepted.
Comments: Kate is a licensed speech therapist and certified brain injury specialist offering a collaborative, whole-person, mentorship approach to cognitive therapy/rehab. She works primarily with people experiencing cognitive changes resulting from cancer treatment, concussion, and other brain injuries. She has personal experience with cancer and “chemo brain” and brings this perspective to her work. She is currently providing services remotely via telehealth, as well as some in-person sessions in an ADA accessible office.
Independent Living Resources
Services Provided: The four core services are: 1) Advocacy, 2)Information and Referral, 3) Peer Counseling and 4) Skills Training

Services Provided: Provides round-the-clock in-hospital medical and acute rehabilitation services.

Portland State University Speech and Hearing Sciences Clinic
Services Provided: Adult Cognitive Rehabilitation Clinic Services are provided by graduate students working under the supervision of state licensed and nationally certified speech-language pathologists. PSU Student Clinicians provide evaluation and treatment services for adults (18 or older) with cognitive or cognitive- communication difficulties. These sessions take place at our University Campus Clinic and normally run two times per week for fifty minutes.
Our Goal is to help people improve skills in communication and cognition (thinking) to reach their highest level of independence.

Cost/Funding: $450 per 10 week term (30 session at $15 per session)
Comments: Open to the general public and all age ranges. Services are provided by graduate students in speech-language pathology under the close supervision of a licensed SLP.
