Services Provided: Provides health care coverage to low-income Oregonians 19 and older. OHP includes medical care, limited emergency dental services, mental health care, and out-patient substance abuse treatment.

Comments: In most cases, adults must have been without medical insurance for 6 months to qualify. Once a person is enrolled, he/she will receive coverage for one year. To apply, individual must add name to the reservation list to become a potential applicant.
