Hello BIC-NW Friends,
My name is Deb Burke. I am an artist and faculty member at Portland State University. I have had the joy of doing art with you in-person and on zoom through Art on the Brain, a program sponsored by BIC-NW. Art on the Brain brings members of the brain injury community together with Portland State University students to do art and support one another in self-exploration and discovery. It is a creative and caring space for participants to learn about themselves and others and listen and share their stories as they emerge.
I am writing to invite you to a zoom conversation to learn more about Art on the Brain (please see attached one-page description of Art on the Brain) on Monday (9/11), 4:00-6:00pm or Monday (9/18), 4:00-6:00pm.

If you haven’t yet attended Art on the Brain I will share information and answer any questions you may have. If you did attend Art on the Brain in-person or on zoom last spring 2023 I am hoping you will share your experiences about Art on the Brain and what you hope Art on the Brain will become moving into the future.
